Accountability, teamwork and ownership are the basis for high performance and improvement in any organization.

When people make deliberate and specific agreements and then hold each other accountable for those agreements there is teamwork. Without the process of agreement and accountability there is only blame, criticism and excuses.

When workers and managers operate as if they own the company and their jobs, they will assume responsibility for the results they agree to create and be accountable for the results they deliver.

Through a process of highly interactive, participative learning, we use the real time issues of an organization to train people to self evaluate. Out of what they learn, people assume responsibility by making and keeping explicit agreements. They take ownership for the results they create, and work together across functions, supporting each other to achieve results for their organization, their department and themselves.
