ChoiceWorks® was founded in Santa Barbara, California in 1995 under the name Management Training Company. The organization was incorporated in June of 1997 as ChoiceWorks, Inc.

Jill and Steve Morris created the company with the purpose of delivering training in accountability, ownership and teamwork to organizations. For individuals, Jill created a community workshop called the Mastery Course.

All the company's work is based on people learning to self-evaluate and become accountable for the choices they make. Participants in our trainings and assessment programs become more productive at work and in their personal lives.
