Deb has over 18 year of management experience with Procter & Gamble. She has personally developed "self-sufficient" business teams, increased employee ownership for business objectives, and has coached numerous leaders to evaluate and improve their results.
Deb has extensive training in developing leaders and teams of people, strategic planning. accountability, conflict resolution, managing in multi-cultural environments, systems improvement and total quality management.
Deb has a Masters of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill. She received her certification in Choice Theory and Reality Therapy in August 1995 from the William Gasser Institute.
